  1. Q. What are our opening times?

  2. A. We are open open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

  3. Q. Can I choose a different delivery destinations to my billing address?

    A. Yes, simply choose all the items you wish to buy and add them to your basket. Proceed to Checkout. When you enter your billing address you will be given an option for a different delivery address, enter your selected address here. 

  4. Q. Can I send items overseas?

    A. Yes - we send most of our items to most countries in the world. If the destination is outside the EU we automatically remove the VAT. If there is a country not listed, please ask and we can usually add it to our list!

  5. Q. Can I order via Telephone?

    A. Yes, you can order via Telephone, during office hours, Monday to Friday by calling +44 (0)20 8681 8368. All you need is a description of the product or the item number as displayed on the website.

  6. Q. Can I order via Post?

    A. Yes, if using the internet to order is not your thing and you don’t want to call us then you are welcome to order via Post. Simply write down the description and code number and send us your order with your telephone number. We will then call you to collect your payment. 

    All orders are processed within 24 hours and will be despatched in accordance to our terms and conditions. 

  7. Q. Can I have my order Gift Wrapped?

    A. A gift wrapping service is not available. 

  8. Q. How will my order be despatched?

    A. Orders are either despatched via Royal Mail signed for parcel service or via courier. A signature is required but if you are not home, our courier will attempt to deliver to one of your neighbours and they will put a card through your door to let you know which neighbour has taken the delivery in for you. If a signature cannot be achieved, they will put a card through your door so you can arrange a redelivery.

  9. Q. How do you return item (s) to us?

    A. If a product is faulty then contact us via email or telephone and we will arrange a replacement, subject to our terms and conditions.

    If you do not want the goods and wish to cancel your order please do so in writing within seven working days from the day you have received the goods. The products are to be returned to Artscape Co Ltd at the address shown in the Contact section of this website. The carriage charge of the returned goods will be paid by you. A full refund will be payable at the latest within 30 days of receipt of your written cancellation.
